Locusive's goal is to make it easier for enterprise software developers to maximize the value that their users get from their product. We're creating an AI-concierge: an AI-assistant designed to allow users of enterprise software to get fast responses from an automated system that they would have normally had to contact their customer success manager (CSM) to accomplish. From finding the right place in an app to get data, to creating custom data pulls, to even resetting their passwords, Locusive's Concierge is designed to make it easier for SaaS users to get what they need quickly and easily, while allowing CSMs to free up and work on higher-impact tasks, like driving renewals.
