EXCELEAS®, LLC is a software provider serving law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. Established on February 16, 2017, and in the heart of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, our company name is a partial word, a partial acronym, and our motto all-in-one, meaning “Excellence in Law Enforcement Agency Solutions.” Overseeing daily operations is Adam Lawrence, the company founder, and a supervisory police officer in Pennsylvania. Adam founded EXCELEAS® after coming up with the company’s flagship program, the Law Enforcement Applicant Database, or LEAD™. Our focus is to offer law enforcement agencies unique and progressive tools. We’re on a mission to transform law enforcement recruitment forever, and it’s time you check us out.
